We prefer RV units that are 10 years old or newer. However, we consider older units on a case-by-case basis and may request current photos to ensure they meet our standards.
Yes, Each site includes full hookups with water, sewer, and 20/30/50-amp electric connections.
Absolutely! Contact us for availability and pricing for extended stays.
The monthly rent includes water, sewer, and garbage services. Electricity is billed separately based on individual site usage.
Please note that mail delivery is unavailable at this location. The local post office, located just a mile away, is happy to assist you in setting up a PO Box to receive mail and packages in your name. You can apply for a PO Box online or in person. To apply online, visit the USPS website, complete the application, and make your first payment with a credit or debit card. To apply in person, complete PS Form 1093 and take it to the Post Office most convenient for you. Once your information is verified and payment is received, you will be provided with your PO Box address and can begin your service.
No, FedEx and UPS cannot deliver packages directly to your RV Site at Fox Crossing RV Park. However, you can have your packages sent to the local post office's physical address for pickup. The post office is just a mile and a half away and is happy to assist!

Guests who bring pets agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fox Crossing RV Park, Second Seven, LLC, and all assigns, in the event of any pet incident involving persons, other animals, or personal property.
The following rules and regulations are in place to ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment of our park.
Dogs must be under control at all times.
- Pets must be leashed while outdoors as per South Carolina leash laws: “The State of South Carolina requires that anyone who brings their dog to public areas, or a dog park must have their dog crated, contained, or on a leash or harness that is no longer than 6 feet in length.”
- Must show proof of rabies vaccination.
- Maximum of two pets allowed per guest space; no visitor’s pets will be allowed.
- No unattended pets; pets are not to be left unattended inside or outside of their RV.
- Pets are to be kept indoors at night.
- No habitual barkers/yappers. Excessive barking and nuisance animals of any kind will not be tolerated. If the problem persists after one warning, guest may be asked to leave without refund of deposit.
- Pet owner must clean up after pet. This is MANDATORY.
- Dogs must be spayed/neutered.
- No children under 12 will be allowed to walk dogs without parent/guardian present.
We are just 2.5 minutes from the Lake Hartwell boat ramp, 15 miles from Lake Keowee, and 38 miles from Lake Jocassee, making us a convenient location for enjoying all three lakes!
